Susie Burrell is one of Australia’s foremost authorities in nutrition, renowned for her profound expertise in food, eating behaviour, and weight management. Armed with an Honors degree in both Nutrition & Dietetics and Psychology, as well as a Masters of Coaching Psychology, Susie has dedicated her career to empowering individuals to optimise their health and well-being through smart nutrition choices.

With a diverse background, Susie has served as a paediatric dietitian at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, and as a sports dietitian for elite teams including the Parramatta Eels, St George Illawarra Dragons, and Sydney University Sport. For over a decade, she graced the screens as the resident dietitian on Channel 7’s Sunrise, enriching the lives of countless viewers with her practical and evidence-based advice.

Today, Susie shares her wealth of knowledge as the co-host of the chart-topping podcast, The Nutrition Couch, which has amassed over 3 million downloads. While continuing her remote consultations, she specialises in weight control for women in Peri and assists executives in optimising their performance through proper nutrition.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Susie is a devoted mother to twin boys, Gus and Harry, and finds joy in building Lego houses and indulging in a good book.
